Achievements

I won my high school contest to attend the 2023 Nord Anglia MIT Trip with a solar-powered robot that autonomously cleans up trash from water bodies.

• Participated together in a group of 3 students at Florida Atlantic University

• Tasked with designing robots by groupmates. 

• Created a versatile robot capable of withstanding the following tests.

  • Mobility: successfully passed obstacle courses and won soccer matches.  

  • Endurance: Survived stress test with 45-pound weight, pushed + hit around by adversary robots.  

  • Battles: won initial and final battle bots competition and demonstration by grabbing other robots with strong claws and using its strong ability to push other robots out of the arena due to heavy base, wheel material created a firm grip, and slanted shape would raise other robots wheels. 

• Awarded program champion because the group robot passed 5/5 tests in first place.
